Let us introduce ourselves! We’re Amanda and Shawn Bentley, a husband and wife with a goal; to make life sweeter. Our family's journey began as a cozy tradition in our own kitchen, where we crafted cakes and pastries for family and friends. We believe it is important to appreciate the simple things in life- desserts and pastries being one of the sweetest simple pleasures. Amanda has always had a passion for baking and is a self-taught baker and cake artist. She views baked goods as bringing the community together.

For years, we ran a home-based business taking custom dessert & pastry orders for weddings, corporate events, and any other occasion! In 2021, with the help and support of the entire family, we partnered with a local restaurant in the Hershey area and secured our first bakery location. As clientele grew, and seasons changed, we decided to branch out to a more prominent location. While looking for a new location, Amanda was talking with her long-time friend Heather, owner of Savory Occasions Catering, and discovered they had a common goal in mind. They decided to team up to give Hershey what it needed, sweet and savory cuisine in one convenient location!
